Quite frequently I go to bed before Jon. And quite frequently I'm already fast asleep by the time he comes. And on occasion he somehow disturbs me so I half-awake, and have a conversation with him (I am SO my mother's daughter). Anyways, Jon decided to write down our conversation from last night:
Laura: Where's Kayla?
Jon: In bed.
Laura: Nathan?
Jon: In bed.
Laura: Matthew?
Jon: In bed.
Laura: In our bed?
Jon: In his bed.
Laura: Where's his bed?
Jon: What?
Laura: I guess you didn't go home and come back.
LOL. I remember waking up and talking to him last night and being slightly confused, and then realizing I'm talking nonsense...but had no recollection of what I had all said.
After struggling with infertility for three years, we were blessed with the birth of Matthew and Kayla in March 2011 (by in vitro) , Nathan in October 2013 (by frozen embryo transfer), and Olivia in August 2015 (naturally!). We are loving every moment (well, almost!) of our lives as parents.
