Matthew has become really inquisitive. He likes to know how everything works. Right now, his favourite things to discuss are power lines (Where does that power line go? Does it go to Auntie Melissa's house? Why don't we have a power line?) and toilets. Yes, toilets. He likes to know exactly what goes where. I think I might need to read a book on plumbing :). I explained how clean water came in one pipe, and all the dirty water goes down in the toilet, into a pipe in the ground to get cleaned.
Gosh, three year olds ask tough questions! I can only imagine what their questions are going to be like when they're older...
After struggling with infertility for three years, we were blessed with the birth of Matthew and Kayla in March 2011 (by in vitro) , Nathan in October 2013 (by frozen embryo transfer), and Olivia in August 2015 (naturally!). We are loving every moment (well, almost!) of our lives as parents.
